  Three big mistakes #1 Baker removed my child's braces too early #2 Baker refused to consult after removal "as he didn't have time" #3 Baker told me he "refuses to ever place a permanent retainer" Baker removed my child's braces & sent him out the door. At check out I asked if Baker would show me the teeth alignment and the receptionist said "he's too busy". Cost $5,000 for services and won't consult with the parent at the removal appointment? Surprised, we made an appointment for a month later to discuss per the receptionist recommendation. Obviously before waiting a month I wanted my child to lay in the chair with a bright light and mouth exposed to confirm the services performed where correct. That is how the ortho treatment was sold to us. The next visit, I attempted to discuss his front teeth. Baker was short saying it's the best he could do. It's my opinion that he avoided showing me the 1st time as he knew he removed them too early and was strong arming me into not demanding that it be fixed. Next we discussed the retainer. When asking about a permanent retainer vs removable, his response was sharp again. Bakers words were "I'll never put a permanent retainer on anyone". PARENTS!!! It's a trap - A lot of orthodontist do. Baker is relying on your child to loose a removable retainer, it's an additional income stream orthodontist rely on. Unethical. I'm not one to argue therefore choose to go to another orthodontist who completed the work in 2 months then placed a permanent retainer. So happy there are still orthodontist who understand protecting your investment with a permanent retainer as kids loose removal retainers. Talk to other adults before taking Bakers word. You'll quickly learn that the reason's don't stick. An orthodontist needs to consult with the parent not only before they take your money but also at the completion of services. Baker was hiding behind the fact that he was pushing my child out of treatment before treatment was completed. He's immediately got defensive when questioned which is a sign of professional immaturity. Concerned parents want to be educated.

  Wonderful people, super nice, always smiling when we come for every appointment! I knew after meeting them this is where our family belonged! I would recommend to anyone wanting braces!
