- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. O'Connell is fine, but her staff is unresponsive. Tried to get a prescription refilled last year and had to leave multiple voice messages. Now I am trying to get a copy of my bloodwork and find they can't mail it. They have failed to send me an invitation to the portal to view my records and after the fifth phone call, asked them to fax it. I find her patient first approach refreshing and while the staff has changed over the years, she is worth any wait or aggravation with the front desk.
