  I was not a current client as we recently moved to Sarasota, however, on a Saturday morning with a pretty sick cat I had an appointment within an hour and a half. (Another clinic I called couldn't give me an appointment until later next week, and considering that my cat hasn't been eating or drinking for three or four days, I just didn't want her to go that long continuing on that same path.) The staff was warm and welcoming and not only made my pet feel important, but me as well. The doctor was wonderful with my cat and very thorough without ordering any unnecessary tests. We have a treatment plan at a reasonable cost and I need not look any further for a pet clinic to call home.
