- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Kaplon is the best of the six urologists that I have seen here and in two other cities. I have seen him many times in his office and he has done several surgeries on me. He is calm, thoughtful and knows how to explain things well for his patients. The check- in folks are pleasant and efficient. Rhonda is wonderful with follow up information and call backs. The checkout area needs some more training. They seem not willing to answer questions about the billing and are unable to have eye contact. Thanks Dr. Kaplan!October 16, 2017by Charles Lee
