- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First time visit on a referral. The receptionist is in the wrong position. By far the most rude person. A patient phoned to ask for simple information and was rudely meet with the response of..you'll have to call back in helping patients right now because i am nite taking the time to look. Wow!!! I'm sorry dear...i had no idea receptionists "helped" patients. My understanding was the people in a doctor's front office were there to schedule patients, pull charts accept copays and submit insurance invoices for payment. So incredibly rude! Like that's not enough she talks about patients in hearing distant of other patients. Sad because I've heard good things about this doctor. Hope this is not a sign.December 13, 2016by D Meunier
